Refund policy
1. Return Period
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. No returns will be accepted after this period.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- be in their original condition, unused and undamaged,
- be returned in their original packaging (where possible),
- not fall within the categories excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. opened products, used cosmetics, underwear, etc.).
Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.
3. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product delivered is defective or if the order was incorrectly prepared, ID2R OÜ will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Return Procedure
To make a return:
- Contact us via the my-nuxia.com website to open a return request.
- We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
- Ship the product following the instructions provided.
⚠️ No parcel returned without a prior request will be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or declined.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If the product is incomplete, damaged, or does not meet the return conditions, a deduction may be applied.
6. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different product, please proceed with a return and then place a new order.
