Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders placed on my-nuxia.com are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the order has been dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking information is sent to the customer.

Delivery Times

Deliveries to mainland France are generally completed within 7 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary depending on:

• product availability,
• the time of year (bank holidays, sales, promotions…),
• potential delays on the part of the carrier.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are displayed at the time of order before confirmation and payment. They may be waived under certain conditions (minimum order value, promotional offers…).

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, a tracking number is provided so that the customer can follow the progress of their parcel in real time on the carrier's platform.

Delays and Delivery Issues

In the event of an abnormal delay (exceeding 30 calendar days after order confirmation), the customer may request cancellation of the order and a refund in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event of a parcel lost by the carrier, ID2R OÜ will arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
